Keith (21 June, 1795) the property of his daughter, a minor, who as Mrs. Gillespie Smyth edited Memoirs and correspondence of Sir B. H. Keith, 1849, 80. Her guardian and aunt, Miss Anne Murray Keith, deposited them with the 3rd Lord Hardwicke in trust, which was apparently in 1810 converted into possession (v. 35,642, ff. 121, 137, 138; 35,648, ff. 352, 368).
