Consists of three volumes of photographs taken before and during the World's Columbian Exposition. Photographs are of varying sizes up to 42 x 52 cm. Images include exterior and interior views of Fair buildings, buildings under construction (some showing workmen), lagoon, boats, sculpture, portraits of artists with sculpture, opening day and other ceremonies, visitors and exhibits.
