This is a bound manuscript signed by Manuel Palacios Villegas (probably a missionary priest in Oaxaca at that time). It contains basic prayers and sacraments of the Catholic doctrine in Spanish translated into Serrana language and prayers for the confession into Spanish translated into Zapotec language that trace back to 1799 and 1800.
